In North America Sanipur US, the US subsidiary of Sanipur SpA, is located just outside Philadelphia, PA. Sanipur US is responsible for distribution of the Sanipur products in the US. All Sanipur products in the US are offered exclusively by a national network of authorized distributors. Sanipur US distributors, under the direction of Sanipur US, engineer, provide systems, chemistries and continuing support to end user clients. SANIKILL® patented monochloramine disinfection technology has become the gold standard for managing legionella and other waterborne pathogens in healthcare facilities, large commercial buildings, and hospitality markets. Sanipur US also offers both monochloramine and chloride dioxide technologies for process, cooling and thermal storage applications.
Position overview and responsibilities:
Reporting to the Technical Manager, this position requires a direct relationship with the Sanipur Distributors for post-sales technical support at both local and national level. Technical post-sales support includes:
On-site technical training of distributors and end user operators
Troubleshooting and technical service of equipment and controls
Write and develop service reports
Write SOPs
Maintain products inventory
Develop and update technical documents and training materials
The Technical Representative will communicate between the Technical Manager and the Sanipur Distributors to bridge technical updates and requirements by the Sanipur Distributors, the Sanipur Technical Representative will also participate in corporate teams as needed. This position includes national travel up to 50% of the time.
Skills and requirements:
Basic knowledge of water chemistry and water treatment equipment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and problem solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering preferred
